Terms & conditions of use

Information, pictures and other media is own by the Company (or partner) and is forbidden and may not be copied without permission.


All prices are displayed ex VAT (tax/moms).

For European customers (EU) 25% VAT will be applied in the cart 

Shipping are not included in the price and will be added in the cart/checkout. Shipping are based on weight / country

Payment options

We accept following payments (all countries)

  • Debit/kreditcard (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) provided by Worldline. Your card are charged instantly. 
  • Visa/mastercard by Stripe – Your card are charged instantly. 


Other payment options (Valid for Euro only)

  • IDEAL (Neatherlands only)
  • Giropay (Germany only)
  • Bancontact (Belgium only)

Shipping and delivery

Cost for shipping is calculated by weight and country.
Orders are sent primarily with Postnord ( your local post will take over shipping once the parcel enters your country)

We normally ship your order within 1-4 working days* after received payment. If your order for some reason need more time before shipping than given on your order confirmation we will inform you about why in an email or on the first page in the online store.

* Exceptions may occur around big holidays, sales, pre orders and force major


 Check your Namne, Adress, Country and Email in the checkout.
This cant change once the order are shipped. Orders that are lost due to wrong adress added by the customer
will not be refunded. 

Order that are returned safe and whole to Erikas syskrin 
 – Customer will be contacted and given choice to have the order sent again (after payment of new shipping cost) or refund of the products (Shipping cost will not be refunded) 

Return, lost and refund

We can not compensate orders that go missing in transport as they are made by a third part, nor can we unfortunately not compensate orders that are damaged during transport under the same reason.
A claim is always made, however a order can only be refunded or replaced after the claim to the shipping company are closed. Be aware that it can take up to 60 days for them to close a claim.

It is important to check the products for damage/wrong items. Contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem with your order to info @

You as a Customer have 14 days after receiving products to regret your order without special reasons. This is if the product and the original bag are in unchanged condition, meaning not used or/and not opened, destroyed or damaged. You as a customer pays for the returns shipping. If you as a customer chose to cancel your order after we shipped the customer shall return the items directly non opened and pay for the return shipping. 

Exception from above: Not included in this are items that been cut after your wishes, like fabrics, elastics or lace.

When return is made your receipt/order confirmation has to be in the package. Contact us before return. 

We do not pay for extra costs that will be invoiced Erikas syskrin because of returns when the customer don´t pick their order up at the post office.

Data Protection Regulation

Erikas syskrin is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to administer your purchases. We do not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned below. All information you provide us is protected so that no unauthorized person can access it. If we need to share data we require that they treat and protect the data in an equivalent manner. Companies may only use the data for the purpose for which they were shared, this is restricted by written agreements.

In order to handle purchases as well as customer cases and consented marketing, we store the following information.

  – First and last name
  – Address
  – Phone number
  – Email
  – Bank-related information
  – Shopping history

If you choose to enter your social security number and/or measurements it will also be stored and handled.
We store your information for purchase for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

To be able to deliver your orders, we must share certain information with the selected shipping company. We share the first and last name and delivery address. Email and mobile number for notification.

You may at any time request information about what personal data Erikas syskrin have about you and request that your information is corrected or completed if they prove to be incorrect or incomplete. Under certain conditions and in accordance with applicable law, you also have the right to request that your data is deleted.

Force Majeure

Such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent beyond the control of the party and which protects the party from fulfilling its obligations and relieves the party from this. Such exemption applies under the condition that the business cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The counterparty must be immediately notified of circumstances that may apply this provision
